As a licensed training services provider, Allied Consultants provides clients’ with customised training to their resources through a comprehensive approach involving a preliminary evaluation of the training needs of client enterprise before designing a training programme. This approach ensures that any training delivered achieves the planned effectiveness in a range of enterprise and resource contexts – from new services to restructuring of operations, from new skills to enhanced competences.
All training programmes are intended to meet the specific needs of customers and their resources in three levels: executive, supervisory and operative levels. All programmes can be organised in-house or in locations as indicated by customers to fit customer requirements (such as on-the-job demonstrations and in-practice role-play assessments), with schedules retained flexible in accordance with customer requirements (mornings, afternoons & evenings, working or non-working days). Training approaches are kept informal and highly interactive, encouraging participative group discussion.
Allied Consultants value the provision of reliable and effective training – thereby relying on internal human resources rather than outsourcing or subcontracting. As continued international research in the various fields brings new concepts from management theory to applications in management, training programmes offered by Allied Consultants are constantly upgraded by relating to academic and research organisations.
As quality of training features high in the values adopted by Allied Consultants, a separate unit was created under the name of Malta Business School.
A quality management approach was adopted to facilitate the Malta Business School to design modern training approaches and material. To date, Malta Business School delivered a significant array of training programmes in a number of management fields.
